Customers are responsible for providing accurate event and contact information when booking. Deposits, remaining balances, cancellations, rescheduling, and other payment requirements are subject to the policies presented during the booking process.

Photo Booth Use
Guests may use the Elite Moments photo booth during an event and may choose to receive their photos or digital media electronically. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information when requesting delivery.

SMS Terms
Elite Moments LLC may send SMS/MMS messages to guests who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number through the photo booth and request delivery of their photos or digital media. Message frequency varies based on the guest’s use of the service. Message and data rates may apply.
