Cancellation Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be transferred to a new date when approved by Elite Moments. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in the remaining balance becoming non-refundable.
